( Accepting new clients)

“Perfect eating does not exist; you are unique and so are your nutrition needs.”

I feel that to truly be nourished, one must have a good relationship with food. However, our relationship with food can be complicated, depending on our health history, past diets, and current lifestyle. I believe the best approach is to meet clients where they are at, providing support and accountability to help them meet their nutrition goals. I strive to empower my clients when it comes to food and nutrition. I choose to focus on overall health of the body and mind as the goal; I offer the support, skills, and confidence for clients to get there.

In Brynna's work with clients: I find my passion in helping others find their confidence around food while personalizing care to their unique needs. I love helping others understand how to nourish their bodies while maintaining food freedom and enjoyment of their food. I follow and encourage intuitive eating and body inclusivity practices and am currently working on becoming a certified intuitive eating counselor.

My Specialities Are:  Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, Geriatric Nutrition, Body Kindness, Healthy Lifestyle Nutrition, Enteral Nutrition, Eating Disorders, and Disordered Eating

When I am not seeing clients you can find me: Baking, reading, watching movies, traveling, and needle felting
